Todd’s foundation in wine industry real estate began at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he earned a degree in Agribusiness, with a focus on finance and appraisal, complemented by a minor in economics and coursework in viticulture and enology, leading to his early career with American AgCredit, the nation’s leading lender to the wine industry.
Todd’s multi-regional experience across California and Oregon led to a Capital Markets role at American AgCredit, where he advised on large winery and vineyard portfolios, along with mergers and acquisitions, before founding The Vinery in 2022.
