Todd Garrison

Todd Garrison is an experienced real estate broker with 20 years of expertise in residential, land, multi-family, and light commercial transactions. Before joining Century 21 Scheetz in 2025, he was the Owner and Managing Broker of Todd Realty Group. Todd is committed to delivering personalized service, maintaining clear communication, and building strong, trusting relationships with his clients.

Before embarking on his real estate career, Todd spent over three decades in public education, most notably as Principal of Greenwood High School. He holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science job in Business Education from Ball State University.

In addition to his real estate work, Todd is the Owner and Manager of DRY OUT Rentals, where he supervises water damage restoration services and equipment rentals.

Todd and his wife have been married for 32 years and reside in Greenwood. They have two children both of whom are graduates of Indiana University. In his leisure time, Todd enjoys golfing, camping, and beach vacations.
