Todd is a native of the DC region, having grown up in Northern Virginia. He stayed in the area throughout his undergraduate and graduate careers, graduating from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems. He then crossed the river and earned his master’s degree in counseling from Loyola University. After graduating from Mason, Todd spent several years working for a small technology firm in the Dulles Technology Corridor. While pursuing his master's from Loyola, he worked as an area director for a local non-profit serving the youth in Montgomery County. It was during this time that he met Jed and joined the Hagan Realty team; realizing that his passion for serving others was a perfect fit for a real estate company that focused on people rather than the bottom line. Todd is currently a school counselor, and it is those skills that draw people to Todd as an agent. His enthusiasm, patience, ability to listen and helpful nature assist him in developing the trust and personal relationships necessary to aid home seekers in finding the perfect home. His firsthand knowledge of the area and insight into the various local markets enable him to formulate successful, custom-tailored marketing plans for sellers. In negotiations, Todd can bring his years of education and professional experience in human psychology and behavior to bear, giving his clients a keen edge in every transaction. Todd enjoys being active, which is a necessity for raising his five children, Joel, Ella, Esther, Hudson, and Hannah with his wife, Chelsie. When he gets the chance, he enjoys playing tennis and hiking.
