Todd is a 25-year resident of Asheville and an alumnus of The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. His prior professional experience includes Senior Production Director at a New York-based publishing house, Managing Editor of Toyota Trails magazine and a passionate several years as a restaurateur.

His love of the outdoors has been an integral part of his work and personal life and he applies his passion and devotion to both. If it can be paddled, Todd is interested in it. If it can be hiked, Todd is there. He’s also seriously addicted to Peloton!

Todd and his wife, Katherine, are blessed with two charming children. Thames holds a degree from Ole Miss and teaches fourth grade outside Jackson, Mississippi, where her husband is in medical school. Miller is pursuing a degree in engineering at the Center for Manufacturing Excellence at Ole Miss. Katherine is the Vice President and Broker in Charge of the Beverly-Hanks Biltmore Park office - and Todd’s daily inspiration. They also have a fuzzy brown dog named Charlie.
