Todd believes that everything people experience prepares them for their future. A law degree and over twenty-one years as a landman in the oil and gas industry has equipped him for being the kind of realtor who pays attention to details and can successfully handle transactions from easy to difficult. Todd has built two homes and has relocated several times, so he is familiar with all the nuances of dealing with builders and knows how stressful relocating to a new part of the country can be. Todd is a people person who will listen to his client’s needs and will not try to talk them into something that isn't right.
