Todd has had the following schooling / designations: Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Accredited Community Manager (ACM), Professional Housing Consultant (PHC), Community Association Manager (CAM), IREM Certified Property Manager school and is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker. In the days following 9/11, Todd volunteered to serve as a Special Deputy for the Manatee County Sheriff’s Department. Todd has served as a deacon in his church and has been a school board member for a local Christian school. Todd has been married to his high school sweetheart, Debbie, since 1986, they have two daughters, two sons-in-law and two grandsons.
