Todd Warden

Todd was born, raised, and continues to live in Kokomo. He recognizes and appreciates the trust and confidence his clients place in him to help them with the buying or selling process for their residential or commercial property. It is important to him that he makes the process as smooth as possible for his clients while exceeding their expectations. Todd makes it a priority to build and maintain relationships with his clients by communicating effectively.

Along with his real estate experience, Todd has worked in various management and sales positions in the Howard County area. He holds an insurance license in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health. He has a bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana University-Kokomo. He has also enjoyed many years teaching and coaching Howard County's youth during various sports programs.

Todd’s wife's name is Kelly, and they have three sons: Zac, Evan, and Weston as well as three grandchildren.
