Toffest is one of the most patient Realtor you could ever work with. He is professional. He doesn't pretend to know it all and will research to get you the answers you need. He is not eager to close a deal and I believe he truly represents the best interest of his clients. He saved us from buying a home infested with termites. We were about to make an offer on the property until Toffest pointed out a termite trapping device hidden on the property's perimeter, something the seller's did not disclose. Toffest definitely gets our stamp of approval as a knowledgeable and caring realtor.
