Tom has over 34 years experience in sales & marketing. First as a Manufacturer's Rep. for the O.E.M's. in the Automotive Industry (1984 to 2002), then as a Real Estate Investor and Realtor. Since the mid-1990's, Tom has invested in most types of real estate including vacant acreage parcels for development, residential & commercial income properties, water-front and recreational/timber lands in Leelanau, Grand Traverse, Wexford, Alger and Marquette Counties. Tom has traded and optioned properties, sale-lease-back and 1031 exchange experience as well and many land-contract acquisitions and sales.
