About Tom

Tom is the President, general manager and Broker-In-Charge of The Rich Company. Raised in eastern North Carolina, Tom attended local schools and East Carolina University. He is an active business, civic and church leader. Tom was the 2006 President of the Washington Beaufort County Board of Realtors. He was 2007 Chairman of the Washington/Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Realtors. He has served on and chaired numerous boards of directors over the years and has owned 5 eastern NC businesses. He is a multi-million dollar producer and, in 2005, achieved the highest sales volume ever in the Washington Beaufort County Board of Realtors at over $17,000,000.

Tom focuses his efforts in the day-to-day operations of The Rich Company and leads the sales, marketing, technology, training and broker development aspects of the company. He is a Certified Short Sale Seller (CSSS). He has directed sales and marketing in many eastern NC subdivisions including Eagle Trace, Sabre Pointe, Northwinds, Winchester, Pirate Cove, Iron Creek and Somerset.
