Tom was a great resource to first time home buyers! We spent about 5-6 months working with Tom to find our home and he was always available to work around our schedule. Recently, we partnered with Tom Englett as my real estate agent to sell a house. We chose Tom for several reasons.
1) Tom's guidance and expertise allowed us to sell the house for 17% above our asking price.
2)Tom had recently sold 3 other homes in the same neighborhood and was familiar with area sales and demand;
3) One of the first things that Tom said to me was that we need a plan and a timeline so I worked with Tom to quickly establish both to keep us focused. Tom and I decided that I would invest a set amount of Investment to maximize the selling price of this house.
4) At the time, I was very busy and had no time to connect with contractors, contents removal companies, electricians, furniture donation companies, etc. Tom took care of all this for us and was able to get the work done very quickly and with high quality despite the pandemic challenges.
5) Through my entire experience with Tom, he was just very nice to work with, was very professional, was very responsive, provided excellent guidance for me and my family through every step of the house selling process and was extremely helpful to us leading up to the settlement process.

Tom was outstanding!! He helped me sell my walk up house in Graduate Hospital and I can’t say enough about him. I worked with another agent for the first three months and wasn’t particularly happy. I felt like the marketing and effort being put in during that time was not transparent, and we kept dropping the price while showings completely dried up.
From the moment I hired Tom, his whole marketing strategy was completely transparent, and the views, showings, and interest level increased exponentially. I couldn’t even believe it. We got an offer within a few weeks, and after that fell through, we got another offer a few weeks later. On top of that, since I had already moved away, Tom regularly checked on my home and made sure everything was in tip top selling shape throughout. He was incredibly professional and always went above and beyond. I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Tom has so many positive attributes, skills and traits. My most recent need was for him to represent me as the executor of my late husband's estate.
