They were EXCELLENT in taking care of the issues that did appear. Their advice through the whole process was truly valuable. Our house sold in a very short period of time. Tom sold our house in less than 1 day for top dollar! He also found us a new home that wasn’t listed on a site like Zillow or Realtor.com so we couldn’t have found it ourself. He helped to make the buying and selling process go as smoothly as possible by negotiating all the details of both transactions to get us the best deal. I can’t imagine trying to sell and buy a new home without Tom and Karen as our realtors!
