About Tom

In late 2021, Tom sold his family's real estate brokerage to Compass and took the role as Managing Director, overseeing the former Keefe offices in Southeastern Wisconsin and McHenry County in Illinois. Tom's goal has always been to see our local team thrive and have the best possible platform to operate their business upon, and he felt Compass had the ability to provide that like no other company could. Tom's focus now is on supporting and growing the local team, while collaborating with our colleagues in Chicago, Milwaukee, and beyond.

Tom started his career in real estate as a Salesperson with The Corcoran Group in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn in 2010. After 4 successful years in sales, Tom moved back to Wisconsin to join the family business, which he proudly led for 8 years. In that time, Tom obtained his Wisconsin and Illinois Managing Broker licenses, joined the Lakes Area Realtor Association (LARA) board and is now on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Realtor Association (WRA).
