About Tom

Tom is at the end of a 20-year calling in the Air Force, where he enjoyed a diverse career, mostly in the Avionics Fighters world. Always passionate to connect with and be surrounded by other high performing positive people he quickly found a passion for entrepreneurship. Once completing a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Technical Management he took to action. Starting many ventures and companies such as: Mental Giants Nutrition in which he sold, Tom’s Tactical Online, Licensed Financial Advising, a Consulting Company known as Titan’s Will, and many other projects. Though he found mild monetary success, the real value was found in what he learned along the way.

Tom has always had a passion for Servant Leadership, growing others, and simply going above and beyond customer expectations. He stepped away from the consulting business simply because he wanted more control on the product and customer experience and that is when he truly found his passion, it was helping others in Real Estate!

Real Estate allowed him to pour everything into the customer experience and bring max value that was above and beyond the expectations of his clients. This business model coupled with experience learned from past ventures allowed him to find success quickly. By year three and with no marketing or advertising, solely by word of mouth, Tom was able to land in the top 5% of Realtor’s in his area as a Top Buyer’s Agent. This has all been done while serving as an Active-Duty member and with all the demands the Military life brings to the table.

Now focused on a much Bigger Vision, which is helping others with similar goals and passions understand what is possible and how to dominate the Real Estate game. Tom has been able to decode the keys of success and now wants to help others learn how to do the same.
