About Tom
Tom Orr is CEO and Founder of The Tomorrow Team, a full-service realty group with a passion for Historic and Designer Homes and Senior Real Estate Service (SRES Council).
A 5th generation Texan, (please don’t hold that against him!) he’s found his home in Oklahoma, the birthplace of his hero, Will Rogers. Tom absolutely adores the small-town, neighborly vibe of Norman and the excitement brought about by the cultural renaissance of Oklahoma City! He and his amazingly talented wife, Robin, along with their two kids, Henry and Harper, have called Norman their home for the last 20 years.
Always passionate about service, Tom’s community involvement lies mostly in the arts, working onstage and in film/TV. A veteran actor, director and producer, he was most recently seen as Caliban in The Tempest with Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park and as Bob Cratchit in The Lyric Theatre’s, A Christmas Carol. The only actor to have portrayed two of Oklahoma’s native legends, his award winning performance in the feature film, Pearl, playing the aviation legend Wiley Post, and his numerous performances as “Oklahoma’s Favorite Son”, Will Rogers, make him feel right at home in the Sooner State.
…And HOME is what it’s all about. In addition to his life as a performer, Tom has 30 years of experience in home design, rehab and selling-for-a-profit. He has a prodigious knowledge of historic design styles with a particular interest in mid-century modern aesthetics. He and Robin have owned and renovated several properties, including their current 1973 split-level mid-century home. Tom knows first-hand the inherent challenges of significant home improvement projects and how vitally important it is to be working with the right realtor with the right resources.
For all of our clients, we strive to nurture lasting and meaningful relationships that come from a “Service Oriented” perspective. Both creative and detail oriented, Tom is dedicated to making your listing process as seamless and efficient as possible while delivering a customized marketing plan tailored to showcase the character and individuality of your home. Buyers and investors can rely upon his 30 year “love affair” with residential design/construction and his deeply held commitment to concierge-level service to assist you in finding the home and community of your dreams.
Dedicated to giving back to the community in ways that nurture a lasting impact, The Tomorrow Team has partnered with The Sooner Theatre of Norman to provide a portion of every closing to scholarship funds for students-in-need to have access to theatre arts education.
With a commitment to honesty, service, hard work and determination, it is Tom’s mission to be EXACTLY what you need during one of the most IMPORTANT times in your life!
