Tom Rozynek

Tom, the Founding Member/Principal of FLC, is a leader in the Frederick County real estate industry having acted as a broker, developer and real estate professional for two decades. A cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame with an extensive education in human relations and business structures, Tom is one of a small group of professionals nationally to hold the Certified Commercial and Investment Member accreditation, the highest such certification for commercial real estate investment and market analysis. Tom’s understanding of zoning and planning issues provides a strong compliment to his negotiating expertise.
