Tom Shelly

In 1977, Mr. Shelly started his career as co-owner of a Century 21 Real Estate franchise in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During this time, he attended Fort Lauderdale College and received his business degree. Tom worked for Eckerd Drugs for 20 years and was Director of Marketing & Merchandising for Florida, Texas, Louisiana, and New York. From 2002 to 2006, Tom was the Real Estate Sales Manager & Director of Commercial Development with the largest Century 21 Company in the Tampa Bay area. Tom holds his Real Estate Broker Associate's license in Florida, as well as his Securities License Series 22. Tom is also a Commissioner for the Town of Belleair, is on the board of directors of the Indian Rocks Rotary, is a CCIM candidate and is a certified e-Pro.
