Tom Slayton

Tom Slayton has over 30 years of experience working directly with people including fourteen years as an owner operator of a successful restaurant in Newton Centre.
He started his real estate career in early 2006 by joining the Boston Development Group (Newton Massachusetts) Sales and Acquisitions team. He spent the next seven years as a Vice President focusing on leasing, selling and managing the eighteen commercial properties owned and operated by the Boston Development Group.
In early 2013 he left to join the Centre Realty Group team as the Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing. Tom specializes in purchasing and leasing medical and restaurant space but has extensive experience working both landlord and tenant sides of commercial real estate transactions. He also brings with him a true knowledge of the office condominium market having sold over one hundred of them during the past fifteen years.
