Tom was an amazing asset in my search for a new home. Not only was his knowledge of the area helpful, he was also extremely informative on the potential issues that come with an older home. He was able to point out where work maybe needed, and provide ballparks on the cost of upgrades. I did end up running into some inspection challenges with the house I selected, but Tom was able to keep things moving smoothly and helped me find and solicit bids from the various contractors needed to solve the inspection issues. His help enabled me to find a good deal on a house, and save both money and time on the repairs/upgrades. I cannot recommend Tom more highly, and plan on using his services again whenever I decide to purchase/sell again!
