About Tom

Tom Uhlinger is well known by the North Fork Real Estate Community for his expertise, willingness to assist his colleagues, integrity and through knowledge of the area, having lived here since 1961. Tom has been active in business and sales on the North Fork since the 1960’s, having been an owner and manager of a Shipyard in New Suffolk with two satellite locations on Long Island. After the sale of the business and properties he acquired a drowning manufacturing business and was successful in reviving it, then selling his interest and returning to the Real Estate Industry on the North Fork in 1989. His over 31 years of experience has proven to be his greatest success having been recognized as a leading producer on the North Fork for many years. He has been a Platinum, Gold and Presidents Circle Award recipient year after year. In addition to his daily efforts, Tom also mentors newly associated agents within his own office which he finds to be extremely rewarding particularly when that agent is successful in obtaining their first listing or sale.

Tom is an active member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, NY State Association of Realtors, past member of the Mattituck Lions Club., a Certified Buyers Representative, and Fine Homes International Specialist. He and his Wife Karen live in Cutchogue in an 1860’s Farmhouse that they have lovingly made home. They are fortuitous to have their son Darby, his wife and two Grandsons live close by.
