Tom Weiler

Tom Weiler joined Savoy Properties in 2015 as the Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions. It is Tom’s responsibility to sell and buy real estate for Savoy’s diverse portfolio of real estate, including industrial, retail, and apartments. With over 33 years of real estate experience, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge, a huge network, and a passion for what makes a healthy community. And this experience and passion help inform Savoy’s investment decisions.

Before joining Savoy, Tom worked for THF where he led the real estate development of Chesterfield Commons from inception to ribbon cutting. He worked with architects, attorneys, city officials, and tenants to create a retail community that was positioned to thrive.

Tom studied political science at Indiana University, making his first real estate transaction at 19 years old before he graduated college. One of his friend’s brothers showed him the industry and Tom was immediately hooked. Ever since Tom has been excited about creating successful real estate projects guided by a holistic approach that considers what each community needs.
