Toni Boer is the definition of "above and beyond" when it comes to being a quality realtor. My wife and I worked with Toni to purchase a home in Kentucky while living in California, and Toni made it possible for us to feel on top of every step in the process despite the distance and differences. She was reliably available for any question, no matter how small, and always willing to go the extra mile...or 50! (The girl drives A LOT!) From the big picture questions (location/style/potential/deals) to the help with personnel (contractors/lawyers/tradespeople) to minutia details like contracts, calendars, and even local food and tourism recommendations, Toni truly knows her stuff and was an invaluable resource throughout our journey. Above all of this, she is a lovely, smart, savvy, and likable person with whom we felt a bond and kindred spirit. I'd say we're going to miss her, but something tells me we will stay in touch. If you’re looking into investing in Kentucky with a short term rental, there’s no one I would recommend over Toni Boer. First and foremost, Toni is absolutely passionate and knowledgeable about the area. That shows in everything she does. In our specific case, she was extremely patient due to two homes falling through, to get us the right home for us. And we’re so excited for her to manage it too. If you’re looking into the Bourbon Trail for a STR, Toni is the one stop shop! (Oh…and her husband Andrew does construction - which was a blessing for us due to some changes we wanted to make - and he’s amazing as well!) 5 stars!

Lets start with the fact Ive been very lucky working with agents in the past. With that said I have a very high bar of expectation because of that. When my wife said we were heading to Kentucky to look at homes i was very doubtful my expectations would be met. Her local knowledge of the Bourbon Trail, Short term rentals, the regulations, demand, marketing and so much more is unmatched. She responds so fast to any and all communication, is extremely detailed and her character and integrity in this business is amazing. She always had my interests and well being in mind and she passed up some large deals to make sure I made the right financial decision for my family.
