If you are looking for an energetic, super positive, smart and focused agent who will work tirelessly to find you the home of your dreams, Toni is the best choice. After a couple of swings and misses with agents who never followed up, we met Toni and she began our search immediately. Her efforts were targeted to our desires, yet also flexible, as this market was a very wild ride in uncharted waters for buyers and agents alike. She has gone the extra mile routinely to get us into the right home and protect our best interests. She also set up a strong team of professionals ready for every obstacle that came up to get us to closing. Our house buying experience was probably one of her most challenging, but she did it all with a real smile and high energy. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We are so grateful to have met her and consider Toni a long term friend after working with her on our move from VA to SC.

Toni is an amazing agent! She is a strong advocate during the negotiating process and makes sure you have everything you need to be successful.
We were out of town and Toni visited houses on our behalf and did zoom tours with us. Her honest assessments of the property along with her understanding of what we really wanted, took the stress out of being a long distance buyer. Toni also has a deep understanding of the Lake Murray market which is critical in the current real estate market conditions.

Toni is a great realtor. She helped us with selling our home in Chapin. She knows he area well and has a finger on the pulse of what is going on. Especially since we don't live in the area. I would definitely recommend her for your real estate needs.
