Toni is a great realtor to work with, I would highly recommend her with your house purchasing/selling process.
1. She is very responsive with texts, calls, emails, on weekdays, weekends. She would get you answers right away, making process very efficient.
2. She is truly honest. Anything she suggests, tells would base on facts and she would follow through with them.
3. She is very detail oriented, she manages every little detail in great attention, making sure nothing is slipped even outside her responsibility.
The entire process is smooth, I can't be happier with my choice working with her.

Toni is the BEST!! She made the house hunting process so smooth. First of all, she is always readily available whenever you want to see a home and tries to preplan multiple homes in a day to be more efficient. She is extremely knowledgeable about what to look for once you’re in a home and makes good suggestions on any changes that may need to be made. She was super excited and encouraging throughout the entire process and kept us motivated through this process. She really goes above and beyond to make right by her buyers and has helped us secure our dream home! We could not thank her enough for her help in this process!!

We met Toni weekend shopping for a new home. She was an assigned realtor from Zillow and we didn't know what to expect purchasing our first home. Luckily, Toni was incredibly prepared! She was very kind and immediately took interest into our home buying process. Toni is a great realtor to work with. Very attentive to your needs in looking for a home. I moved from mn to the AZ last month, and we all know the housing market is crazy right now. But everytime I had a question or concern she was there. I caught a flat on the freeway and Toni came and helped me out. I had a great experience working with Toni Grimes Real Estate Professional | HomeSmart, on selling my home.
She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to contact, and kept me updated on each step during the process as this was my first time selling a home. As I had moved out of town, she was able to email me all documents needed for my signature to complete the sale. This was a lifesaver for me as I wasn’t looking forward to a 6 hour drive back to sign papers.
I highly recommend Toni Grimes. She made this sale easy and painless.

Toni is a great relator. As a first time home buyer, she made the process less stressful. She was extremely positive and very helpful. Our build took 4 months longer than it was supposed to, and Toni made sure to stay on top of it through the whole process. Even when I would get stressed or doubt the process, her encouragement, optimism, and support never wavered. She answered every question we asked, even the ones I thought would sound silly! She was new to the process of a new build, but she learned quickly and had excellent communication. Her responsiveness was amazing! Even though she was used to dealing with real estate in other parts of town, she took the time to familiarize herself with the area we were looking to buy in. She took what can be a very stressful process and made it easier and enjoyable. If it wasn't for Toni, I wouldn't be living in the amazing house that I currently am. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a reliable realtor.
