Toni McDowell is a professional that has that wonderful ability of getting the job done so that her clients feel as little stress as possible! Selling a home is emotional and overwhelming at times and we appreciated Toni’s understanding and flexibility. She kept us well informed from our first meeting to the day we said goodbye. Her opinions and assessment of our home in the current housing market were very accurate and helpful. Bottom line…..thanks to her our house sold in record time! We highly recommend Toni McDowell and the Keller Williams Select Realtors group.

Toni and George McDowell met with me and presented a detailed market analysis, and a detailed marketing plan designed to sell my home as quickly as possible at the optimal price. They toured my home and suggested the minor upgrades and repairs needed in order to show my home at its best. They had a list of contractors at the ready to perform the work expeditiously at a reasonable cost. As I was no longer living in the house full time, Toni frequently helped me by meeting the contractors at my home in my place. Once the hard work was done, the listing went live on a Thursday and just as we had discussed, we had multiple competitive offers above ask by the end of the weekend. George and Toni were both very responsive to me whenever I had a concern throughout the process. Fine job and thanks very much! Highly recommend George, Toni and the McDowell team.

Working with Toni McDowell and The McDowell team while looking for a house was a great experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very responsive to anything we asked or needed. She not only helped us find our home of choice, which was no easy feat due to our own fussiness, but she listed and had our old home sold in 2 days.We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home or sell an existing one. It was a pleasure working with her and her entire team at Keller Williams.
