Through each bump in the road, expected and unexpected, Tony responded professionally to make smooth the road. He went beyond the normal as far as needed to resolve issues that needed to be addressed prior to showing the property. What was outstanding is the fact that for much of this transaction we were far from the scene in Hawaii (-6 hours' time constraint), so he had more than a few late nights devoted to updating and helping us make the right decisions which ultimately resulted in the sale. If I were to list each instance of his personal efforts to make this work for us and the buyer, you might zone out. Suffice it to say you will not be disappointed if you chose Tony to sell your home.

We had a great experience with Tony, he was able to show us the house on the first day it was on the market and knew how to work with the seller’s agent to get us the best possible outcome. The whole process was very smooth. Tony walked us through the entire process from start to finish and explained everything along the way . This was our first time purchasing a home and really did not know much about any of it , so Tony was amazing at filling us in on everything we had to do! We will definitely recommend Tony to anyone who needs an outstanding realty agent !

From the beginning Tony was amazing. Tony was always on the ball rather it being booking to see a new home, details on the home, or putting an offer in for a home. Tony Berdych handled a long distance (1108 miles) purchase of a house in Michigan for me with ease! I made only one short trip there after several months of looking. During those months, Tony gave me great advice on the housing market and on particular properties. I would suggest an address I saw on the internet and he would say, oh that house and he knew all about it and its history. He was always available and was always willing to check out a house. He would visit the property, send pictures and get my questions answered right away. Without him, I don't know what would have happened, but I know I couldn't have done better, thanks to his help and advice. I am very happy with the condo I got and its price. All closing was handled at a distance too and it went perfectly. Tony knows the right people, such as good home inspectors and others, so he is invaluable in that area as well. On top of it, he is calm, friendly and honest. You can't ask for a better person to work with. If/when I buy another property, I will work with Tony again. I recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell, whether you are in the area or far away. If you need to know more, I would be willing to talk to you personally. I am looking forward to moving to Michigan next month.
