His educational foundation is robust and eclectic, featuring a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the prestigious United States Air Force Academy.

As co-owner and co-founder of Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere, Dr. Kelly has displayed an unparalleled ability to scale operations.
