We used Tony Murphy to help us sell our house in Hartsdale in Westchester County. We had the privilege of watching Tony first hand in action because he had listed our neighbors house accross the street from us. After seeing car after car line up for showings knowing that we would be listing soon, I called Tony to see what his secret was.

His ability to understand the current market as well as how to market our home was something that blew us away. We hired him on the spot and it was the best decision we ever made. Not only did we have an accepted offer by the first weekend it was significantly over our initial asking price.

More importantly, Tony is such a great person and was was always available for anything we needed throughout the process... We had a very difficult buyer and attorney representing them and without his help through every step I'm not sure what we would have if we didn't have Tony.

We feel so blessed that we had the opportunity to work with Tony and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Notwithstanding the disruption to the real estate market brought on by the COVID-19 outbreak in the greater NYC area, thanks to Tony's wise pricing strategy, well-established marketing channels, use of digital documentation tools, and vetting of showings and offers, I was able to get the full-asking price for my condo in New Rochelle. It was essential for me to feel comfortable leaving things in the hands of a reputable professional because I was half way across the world (in Ethiopia), where frequent electricity and Internet outages made handling financial affairs in the USA extremely difficult. Thanks to the efforts of Tony and the attorney who handled the contractual side on my behalf (Sean J. Davey), I'm now mortgage- and HOA fee-free.. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

When it came time for us to sell our parents home that they lived in for 60 years in Yonkers, we turned to Tony Murphy to be our realtor, and I'm sure glad we did.
Tony was able to look at the house tell us what we needed to fix up, cleaned out, and what to do to get ready to put up for sale.
He was able to give us comparables in the neighborhood to get an estimate of what it was worth when it came time to be listed,; and he helped roundup lots of potential buyers.
In the first week we had over 25 people scheduled to visit the house and we had three solid offers in hand by the end of the first weekend.
And then during the period from when we accepted one of the offers to the closing, Tony was there every step of the way to advise us through the city of Yonkers bureaucracy and permits and approvals.
Tony was always knowledgeable and helped us get through many bumps in the road. Tony was great to work with, always upbeat and positive and got things done.
