With his years of experience in Banking and as a Realtor, he evaluates markets realistically, and creates opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

He does not stop there! His Office Manager Ellie, was ALWAYS available for us, night and day. She helped explain documenents requiring our signatures, helped submit forms, and helped coordinate documents and information for title company, and extension of Tony's Team. Everyone works together to make it seamless.

We met Tony through a family friend while trying to purchase a commercial property. The deal was complex & we had zero experience with this type of real estate purchase. Tony walked us through the entire process and even when I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, Tony could! We closed that deal quickly and it is the best investment my family has made. Soon after that, Tony helped us purchase a triplex and close in a record 12 days. He has been amazing to work with and will be our go to real estate person for years to come!!

With so many realtors to choose from, it can be overwhelming. Luckily for me, a family member made the search easier by recommending Tony.
I was looking to sell my home and he made the entire process feel seamless. Communication was excellent from beginning to end and I am incredibly pleased with his services. Tony is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. A little before Covid hit, we had started looking for a home with a realtor friend. Covid hit and it became almost impossible to try and compete with the bidding wars. That and the fact that my realtor was never on time to our viewing appointments and was not as knowledgeable as Tony is with the market, we got outbid time and time again!
One day, we arrived to a viewing appointment and my realtor never showed up. Tony was the realtor showing the home that day. I didn't get the house that day but I got the best realtor by far. Tony agreed to represent us and the next home we saw, Tony was able to make the purchase happen. Tony knows the business like no other. I was willing to pay more than what was reasonable but Tony managed to get us the target price which was $20k under what we were willing to pay. The transaction had a hiccup or two but Tony never wavered and got us the best deal!
Hands down, I will never use any other realtor that isn't Tony Rosso. I've referred him to other people and they too are as elated with Tony's expertise as I am.

My family just sold our long time family home. Tony and team were very good at walking is thru every step of the process. Tony was always eager to answer all of our questions. His assistant Ellie was also there to walk me thru anything I needed. Tony made selling our home an easier experience than we expected! Tony helped my husband and I through our first home buying experience. We initially went in to see how we could best prep for buying in the next year or two, and he educated us on the market and when the best time to buy would be based on our current standings of credit, money in the bank, etc. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable on the backend of things, Tony set up many house tours for us and was with us every step of the way. Ultimately, we got an amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood, and Tony and his team made it a breeze from touring through getting our keys.
