If you are looking to buy or sell in Columbia Gorge or nearby, look no further. Tonya is beyond amazing. She is professional, responsive, and knows the area like no other. She will give you unbiased and comprehensive advice and support you throughout the process.

Tonya helped my husband and I purchase a home in Stevenson. Let me share some examples of Tonya going above and beyond.
1. When I first called Tonya, I caught her on a camping trip. She not only responded to my call but even stopped by a house we were interested in on her way home!
2. She went to see multiple homes on our behalf when my husband and I couldn’t get away and walked us through homes on video chat.
3. When we saw the perfect home that was extremely overpriced, Tonya convinced the selling agent to talk to his clients about a more realistic number. We purchased a home thousands of dollars below listing price and inline with comps.
4. We tacked on a land sale which created some additional complexity. Tonya and the loan officer navigated us through the process like pros!

All in, we couldn’t be more impressed (and trust us, we can be tough customers). You will not go wrong with Tonya as your realtor.

Working with Tonya Flory was a such a positive real estate experience. She certainly was one of the primary factors in us actually landing the purchase of our cute little blue house. We got Tonya's number off the real estate sign in front of the house we were interested in. We called and she answered , was in the area, available and twenty minutes later we were all together and looking at the house. That first encounter was fantastic and this serendipitous business experience continued right through the moment that we found out our offer was accepted out of 11 offers. Tonya was on point and reliable for answering phone calls, returning phone calls, being available, answering questions and she seemed to be one step ahead throughout the process and surprised me at one point by being proactive and having necessary paperwork printed out ahead of time and ready to go to capitalize on some important timing. Also, being new at home purchases she gave us some quality coaching that we truly needed to feel confident about our decision in buying this home. Good work Tonya! Tonya was amazing while helping us sell our house right when COVID 19 got crazy. She worked very hard to get paperwork pushed through before shutdowns and making sure we were all safe.
