About Tonya

Tonya was born and raised in the Savannah area. Prior to obtaining her real estate license in January 2000, she worked for a local general contractor building homes in the Southbridge neighborhood and surrounding areas. This is when Tonya’s love for new construction began. Over the years in the real estate industry Tonya has received many awards and designations to include Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Quality Service Certified (QSC), Real Estate Cyber Specialist (RECS), SABOR, Continuing Member of Distinguished Sales Society (DSS)and the Premiere Service Award. During the past few years Tonya has become an expert in selling HUD homes, foreclosures and helping first time home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership. She loves her profession and takes pride in helping each and every one of her clients in either selling or buying their homes.
