Tonya came highly recommended from a friend who had just sold their house, and she definitely did not disappoint! This was my first time selling a house, and she was excellent at explaining every step to me and keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. I wish I could give her an extra star for her bubbly personality! If you’re looking for a realtor, Tonya is definitely a great choice.

Tonya was amazing! I have a crazy work schedule that fluctuates between dayshift and nightshift and she worked around it with ease. She even went to homes and did FaceTime showings for me, when I wasn’t able to make it. She genuinely cares and makes sure her clients are taken care of and heard, while actively searching for homes that meet their wishes. I’d refer her to my family and friends.

We had a long haul in purchasing our home. Because it was a short sale it took nearly a year from the offer to closing. Tonya stuck with us until the very last possible day and did everything she could to get us through. She gave good advice, helped us to be patient and positive and now we have the family home we always wanted. We went back to Tonya when purchasing a home for my Aunt in a really tough housing market and she once again came through. Good work Tonya!

I cannot say enough about Tonya! She is the best in so many ways and goes above and beyond for her clients. A friend recommended her to us a few years ago (we were so lucky to get the rec!), and we’ve worked with her on multiple transactions (both on the buying and selling side) a number of times since then. As first-time buyers, Tonya really helped us to understand the process and explain in terms that helped us to understand. We also worked with her throughout the chaos that is the 2021 housing market, and really could not recommend her enough. She is super communicative, makes herself available (way more than I could have even asked for), is unbelievably proactive, and knows realty to a T. Tonya is a realtor who is an advocate for her clients and will always be in their corner. She is truly fantastic to work with and we will definitely continue seeking her out in the future!

Tonya is the best. She looked out for us As first time homebuyers and asked all the questions we didn’t think about. She made sure that we weren’t getting in over our heads and pushed the buyer to do what they were supposed to. She went out of her way and did everything she could(even as far as answering texts at 2 am) to make sure we were comfortable during the process. She changed our lives and we are so appreciative. Tonya was a pleasure to work with. I loved the fact Tonya took the initiative when working with my family. Tonya was very professional and respectful. Tonya has amazing patience. I know there had to be times when my husband and I made her want to pull her hair out lol . She remained professional and she was always kind. Tonya was literally a phone call, text , or email away. She kept us in the loop and explained every step of what was going on. This was a plus for us because we don’t like surprises. Most importantly, Tonya got alone well with our 1yr old daughter at the time. Our daughter loved her from the moment they met. That displayed Tonya had a beautiful spirit with is true.
