Great Agent. Tori took our very unusual purchase requirements (mainly cost) and promptly set up an initial meeting. We traveled to Macon, GA arriving at about 2 PM locally. After going through the offerings that met our requirements we selected our house and helped us arrange financing. Most all the required paperwork was done by completing electronic documents. We closed in what I consider to be a short time (about a month). Through this all Tori was personable and responded quickly to our questions. A great agent.

Tori was great as my Agent. This was my first time purchasing a house and she made pretty easy. I really didn’t know what I was looking for but she was patient with me and gave me options. She is very knowledgeable in what was available and how I may or may not like a particular place or area. Overall I was pleased with Tori Simmons and would recommend her to any one.

Hey look no further Tori Simmons and Realty Group are wonderful! We were first time homebuyer who had a lot of questions, but Tori and her crew answered our questions in a timely manner. We got our credit fixed , taxes filed, and closed on a home within 4mo. Everybody was nice and patience. We love our home!

Tori was such an Amazing Agent. I was inquiring about buying a home and she first ask was I pre- approved? I had no idea of what that meant I thought I could just put so much money down and pick a house that I wanted out and been done with it. . She took her time out to explain the process to me and also help me get in order to successfully purchase a home with no money down. So I started this journey with her a little over a month and my credit score was a 610 and now I'm at 671 so I will be purchasing my first home from her. She was there from start and she's finishing with me. I recommend if you to choose her if you want Great service and Investment Knowledge.
