The team at Alliance Associates is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and supportive. Most importantly, they get results!

We had the privilege of working with Toussaint, who we engaged very early in our home transition process. He gave us very good pointers on what was needed to make our home more marketable and shared his network of reliable contractors who could assist. In the end, once we put our home on the market, we had a contract within 5 days, for more than asking price!

All in all, we are extremely pleased with the service we received from Alliance!! Would give them more stars if that was allowed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I engaged Toussaint Smith to sell my home and he did a fantastic job! He provided great advice on how to get the house ready to put on the market. We did what he asked and things worked out perfectly. The information he shared helped us price appropriately.
