Education. That is Tracey's hallmark. A Navy veteran, Tracey learned first-hand how the power of knowledge could turn the tide from surviving to thriving. Tracey would pursue a Bachelor's of Business Administration and a Master's of Human Behavior in the early years. Armed with this knowledge, she founded Child Vista Childcare, Inc., the first nationally accredited, non-profit family childcare facility in the state of California.
Seeing the world through young children's eyes taught Tracey that to develop, you must be curious. She allowed her ambition and devotion to serving others to drive her to pursue a career in real estate. Her hopes to ensure no first-time homebuyer would ever experience the angst, stress, and fear she felt as a 23 years old, eager and excited about buying her first home. During that time, discrimination against women was prevalent, and Tracey feared losing out on homeownership in her desired locations. That harrowing ordeal indelibly embedded into her mind finally propelled her on her journey of building a real estate business, promising her clients a stress-free experience!
Fueled with a passion for inclusion, accessibility, and healthy families, Tracey devotes much of her time in service to children and families. As a Dean of Students, she ushers new practitioners into providing safe choices for birthing moms. Tracey is also an American Sign Language learner, which allows her the privilege of providing outreach services to people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Never satisfied with the status quo, Tracey continues to add notch after notch to her professional bedazzled belt. Her current accolades include the National Association of Realtors designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). In 2020, Tracey gained certification as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), which helps her educate families on the probate process, following one of the most difficult times imaginable. She was recently certified as a real estate mentor, a role Tracey has enjoyed at various times in other careers.
