Tracey made this happen for us and we now own a fabulous home on lots of land- a dream come true for my family!- She was professional-knew her stuff and was so easy going. Even through my ridiculous questioning (I've never purchased before-was really nervous). Highly likely to recommend 03/01/2011 - Elizabeth Hampton Sold a home in 2010. I considered listing my home for sale in Washington, NC. In light of the economy, I was concerned it would not sale in a reasonable period of time. However, Tracey was very confident that she could sell it. When she met me at the house, Tracey gave simple, inexpensive suggestions that improved the appearance of the home. Anytime I called her she was available at that time or responded quickly. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the real estate process. It only took about a month to sell the home, which was amazing to me. She has great relationships with other agents which made it so easy to come to an agreement on the sale. I will recommend her to anyone and will certainly use her for any real estate sales in the future!

Highly likely to recommend 11/25/2014 - joec223 Showed home in 2014 in Winterville, NC 28590. My wife and I contacted Tracey Ayers to show us houses in the Greenville NC area. After the first day we had not found anything we liked. Tracey asked more questions to try and redefine our search. The second day we found the home we wanted to buy. Tracey got our wish list and was able to negotiate almost all our wants. As we were getting ready to close the deal. family matter came up in NY and so for now we are unable to purchase the house. We would highly recommend Tracey she will do great by anyone who chooses to work with her. We will continue to work with her as our situation changes in NY.
