Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: One year ago, we had sold our home in Ohio, we had 30 days from the day we signed to be out of our house. We had a Remax realtor in Ohio and she hooked us up with Tracey. We looked at over 50 homes in 4 days with three different realtors in different Towns. We looked with Tracey the first day and then made she made appointments for the third day so we could go out and look some more and made appointment for us to go back to the home we ended up buying. We saw a lot of great properties I would have loved to have bought an older home, but my husband didn't want a fixer upper. We ended up buying the third property we saw the first day. we made the deal on our drive back to Ohio. Signed, sent the money, got the carpets cleaned, she handled the inspections, set us up with a lawyer, all over emails, text messages and phone calls. She was the real deal. I was out of state and she took care of everything including going to court. If I needed work done she had someone right there to do it. You wont find a better realtor.
