I cannot say enough positive things about Tracey! My husband and I were looking for the perfect forever home and We had many specifications to fit our needs. Tracey was patient, informative and always available to show us listings that met our requested specifications. After a long search and after losing previous bids, we finally found our perfect new home for our growing family.

Tracey Galitz represented us this spring and summer as we purchased a new home, and then sold the current home we were in. My husband and I said to ourselves many times how lucky we were to have Tracey’s help. Previously, we’d had homes built for us, but this was our first time purchasing existing real estate. Tracey’s attention to detail kept everything moving smoothly. She quickly handled every question or issue that came up. While interested in purchasing our first home, a family member recommended Tracey. I am so grateful they did, she went above and beyond through the entire process! Being first time homebuyers it was all new to us, she explained every step and guided us through the entire process. She was always able to make sure we saw any house right away and once we found our home we were able to put in an offer right away before anyone else. She truly goes the extra step and cares. If any family or friends need a realtor, I will definitely refer them to Tracey!
