Professional and honest, strong negotiator but very pleasant manner about her. She is there from the first showing to close and even 2 weeks later when I had a question about my home warranty. She is knowledgeable in the whole process and very familiar with the Cheatham County area in general. I would call her again if I decided to sell. Not even a thought at the moment as I love my new home and this small town.

As a first time home buyer, i didnt really know what to expect. I have to say though, Tracey Biggs Reed was absolutly amazing. Everything went very smooth on my first home purchase.
