My fiance and I closed on our first house on January 29, 2021. Tracey Summers was with us from the very start of our journey over a year prior! Hannah and I approached Tracey back in 2019 to express our interest in starting to look for a house to buy. We had some well issues with a place we were renting and needed to move out kind of unexpectedly, so we ended up renting another place nearby for a short period so we didn't have to rush the home buying process. A few months later, COVID-19 was well and truly here, creating chaos and uncertainty left and right. Due to these factors, Hannah and I kind of put our search for a house on hold. Tracey remained patient with us and continued to provide us potential options to consider throughout the entire time. Over the last couple of months, we wanted to really pick back up with the house hunt. We were able to walk through one of the houses Tracey recommended to us and fell in love with it. Based on Tracey's recommendations, we put in an offer that ended up being accepted right away! Since this was our first time looking to buy a house, my fiance and I had practically no idea what we were doing, but Tracey and her team kept us on track and made the process much more enjoyable and straight forward than people often make it out to be. Tracey was available anytime we needed through email, text, and phone call. She sat through the entire closing with us, even though it had to be extremely boring for her to just sit and be there, but we appreciated her presence just in case we needed her help or clarification. She offered to let us use her utility trailer to move for free, and while we did not need to use it, this was a thoughtful "extra perk" that might definitely come in handy for some. Even after the process has officially ended, Tracey has still taken the time to follow up and provide her recommendations regarding a few follow up questions. We would 100% recommend Tracey and her team to anyone else looking to buy, sell, or rent!
