Traci Alger

Born and raised in the Tampa area, Traci Queipo Alger has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and insurance industries. Her career began in 1989 with GE Capital Mortgage Insurance in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she gained an in-depth understanding of the mortgage process through her role in customer service. In 2002, Traci transitioned to title insurance, working as a title processor in both Florida and Maryland, following her family’s military relocations. After returning to Florida, she expanded her expertise by obtaining her 440 license to write personal property insurance, including homeowner’s and auto policies. Today, Traci combines her diverse knowledge in mortgage, title, and insurance to offer comprehensive real estate services, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her clients.
