About Traci

Traci Bailey serves as Chief Operating Officer of Braden, Braden & Braden, LLC. Born into the real estate business, it was without question that she was destined to become a real estate professional.


After graduating from Central High School in 2012, she received a full scholarship to the University of Memphis and graduated magna cum laude with University Honors. After taking relevant courses at Southwestern Law School, Traci earned her real estate license and jumped right in to become a vital part in the family business.


As she continues to become experienced in commercial real estate investing, she continues to grow her real estate portfolio and most importantly educate others. She is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, the CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter, and graduated from the Leadership MAAR program in 2021. She was named as one of Memphis Business Journal's Women Who Lead in 2022 and the awarded Best Real Estate Deals & Dealmakers (BREDD) award for the inaugural class in 2023.
