Originally from the Midwest, Traci moved to Florida to attend the University of South Florida and fell in love with Tampa. Her impact on the real estate industry began in 1986 upon joining the real estate arm of Beneficial Corporation, working hand-in-hand with the development team of Harbour Island, a beautiful master-planned community in the heart of the City. In 2000, with a successful Harbour Island buildout under her belt, she expanded to general real estate sales and the pre-sale and build out of The GrandView condominium tower on Harbour Island. Today, Traci is a broker-associate with Smith and Associates Real Estate and is consistently one of the top producers in the Tampa Bay area.
