Traci Carzoo

Traci Carzoo is the Founding Partner and Broker at Lusso Residential Sales & Investments. Traci has been working in the real estate industry in Las Vegas for over 30nyears. She began her career working for a prominent commercial real estate company, The Equity Group as an executive assistant/office manager. In 2010 she was promoted to Director of Operations and later became a partner. After working there for over 18 years and becoming well versed in all aspects of leasing, development, property management and real estate investment sales, Traci decided in 2016 it was the right time to start her own Las Vegas brokerage where she could focus on residential real estate.

Starting Lusso has allowed Traci to handle her client’s traditional purchases, sales and property management as well as their non-typical real estate needs. She has found success in multiple fields (probate sales, multi family, HOA Foreclosures) and with her unique skill set coupled with her strong operations background makes her an ideal choice for homebuyers, investors and property owners looking for an exceptional experience and ideal outcome.
