Traci Howe

Traci grew up in Marblehead. While attending the Marblehead school systems she made many lifelong friendships that continue to be the reason she still calls Marblehead home today. Traci graduated from The University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and immediately started her career in real estate. She worked at Carlson Real Estate’s Corporate office (where she began the Client Follow-Up Services Division). Following Corporate, she became a real estate agent in the Back Bay Boston office, (where she specialized in Boston’s waterfront), and returned to Marblehead to specialize her services towards selling high-end properties throughout the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Traci lives in Marblehead with her husband, Peter, where they have raised their two children, Wells and Camden. Traci is very active in the community and volunteers at various organizations and clubs in the area, including the Northeast Animal Shelter, the Eastern Yacht Club, Tedesco Country Club, The Club of Small Gardens and The Winter Garden Club of Marblehead Neck. She enjoys time with friends and family boating, skiing, playing tennis, platform tennis and golf.

Traci brings a professional level of enthusiasm and experience with her commitment to helping clients in every transaction that she negotiates and facilitates. Her long-standing knowledge of the real estate business and local market nuances, from growing up in “The Carlson Real Estate Family,” provides local knowledge that help both buyers and sellers alike.
