Once it was on the market she kept me updated throughout the process with what to expect and we got an offer in 1 week! She also went well, well above and beyond with helping me find a new place. We were not new to home ownership but were first time DC homebuyers with a range of unique circumstances, wants, needs, and lots of questions. Traci took the time to get to know us and patiently assisted us as we honed in on what we wanted and navigated a tricky time in the market. After we found our home, Traci and her team were right there to assist with everything we needed get to closing. Traci was a fantastic realtor that helped me find my dream home. I bought a 3bd, 3ba condo with an insane private rooftop deck in Eckington. Traci helped me through the whole process and took me to see several properties over the course of two months. I’m very appreciative of her patience! Traci was amazing work with! She was referred to us by our realtor in Colorado who chose her out of many realtors that she interviewed and we are so glad she chose her! We were buying our home in the DMV area from out of state so we were nervous about not being there for the entire process but Traci made it a breeze for us. She is very knowledgable about the area and was very flexible when it came to seeing houses and was very patient with us. She got us in to see all the homes on our list for the one weekend we would be in town and got us in to see houses that popped up last minute. Once we were under contract with a home, she stayed on top of every detail until closing time. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again in the future.

TL;DR: Traci is a professional and trusted realtor. She is very responsive and pays attention to fine details. She seemed to understand my requests and ideal home very well. She acted in my best interest and got me a ton of value in my purchase. She represented me well and I am extremely grateful I worked with her especially in this super hot seller's market. I highly recommend and will work with her again.

My story:
I was in the market for about 2 months when I randomly and blessedly came across Traci as a realtor. Traci was always responsive and displayed a deep understanding of the market in the DMV area. I was not very picky or particular with my requests, but there were certain amenities and locations I had in mind. After touring about 3 or 4 properties Traci helped me put in an offer on a property I thought would fit and about a week later I changed my mind because I felt like the property wasn't "it" due to it missing a few offers. Traci assured me that we'd find the right one and not to worry. I assumed Traci was very busy working with other clients and that most of my search would be on my own. I was abundantly surprised when she messaged me about a week after I withdrew my first offer, and told me she had found the perfect property based on our discussions and the features I liked in the properties we already visited. I had no idea she was specifically looking for me on my behalf. She invited me to your the suggested property and she hit every request I had on my list. Not only that, but she helped me negotiate a great price AND helped me find a better lender than the one I was working with. I put in an offer 2 days after seeing the place. There were some issues with the closing process and Traci was able to negotiate terms that maximized my benefit and resolved any irritation or hardship caused by the delay (the builder was also accommodating in this process and I'm sure it had to do with the relationship Traci established with them). Overall, I got to closing in a great position to move into my home. I highly recommend Traci and look forward to working with her again.

Traci helped me close on my new condo earlier this month, and I am very pleased! As a first-time homebuyer, there was so much about the process I did not know, but Traci was with me every step of the way. A few days prior to closing, I was experiencing significant challenges getting timely updates from my lender, and Traci was proactive and 100% my advocate. She was also a great negotiator and was able to get the seller down below asking price!

Traci knows the DC area well and will give you her honest thoughts while also being careful to let you as the buyer lead the decision-making. Traci was thorough with follow-through and if there was anything she didn't know on the spot, she would promise to get a response, and she always came back with an answer quickly.

I had so many questions even before I signed on with Traci as a real estate agent, and she was incredibly patient with me. Home-buying can be stressful, and Traci listened to my concerns and helped me distill my thought process. During home viewings, she was always right there when I had questions, but also gave me my space and time to explore and I never felt rushed.

We recently relocated to the DMV area and used the services of Real Estate Agent Traci Johnson of Jason Martin Group to purchase our first home. Traci is friendly, professional and sincere in her approach to finding the right home for her clients. I found her to be quick and responsive, especially attentive to details about our like and dislikes as well as our wish list. Traci is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, resale values and traffic patterns and how it would affect your commute. She checked in with us frequently and provided and accompanied us in visiting a variety of homes for us to get a feel for the market, neighborhoods and price points. Traci spent many hours explaining and answering questions by phone, email, and text. After taking us around to various communities, we decided on new construction. Traci was there to guide us every step of the way. When we were busy with work life, she stayed on top of the numerous unforeseen construction delays and other snafus that are par for the “new construction” course. She participated in weekly calls with the builder’s team, asked questions, did research and pressed to get answers on our behalf.
