I highly recommend Traci for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As a first time homebuyer and single mother, I was very nervous venturing into the home buying process. I was worried I would miss a detrimental defect in a prospective home because I did not know what to look for. Traci did! She was so knowledgeable on various aspects of homes pointing out positives and negatives. She was also able to translate market terms so that I was better able to understand. She explained the current market and allowed me to narrow down my preferences and must haves while staying in my price range.
What makes Traci truly special as a real estate agent is the compassionate aspect she brings to the relationship. I came to think of her not as a realtor but as a friend. She was very attentive and responsive any time of day and on weekends. There was one home (actually the one I ended up purchasing) in which I text her on a Saturday morning that I wanted to view it and was available anytime over the weekend. She responded immediately offering me to view it within the hour. She interrupted her Saturday pool time to show me a home because she always puts her clients first and understands that in the seller’s market every hour counts when making an offer.
I cannot say enough nice things about just how fabulous of a real estate agent Traci is. I will never use anyone else and would recommend her to anyone that asks. In addition to my personal experience with Traci, she was just inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame which is an extremely prestigious honor and could not be more well deserved.

Extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. I had multiple contracts on my house two days after Traci listed it. When issues came up, she was right on them with solutions.
