To whom it may concern,

I just wanted to thank you for employing such a wonderful agent, Tracy Sayer. I have been looking for over three years and have had six different agents looking for a house with property to meet many many needs for my family. I had a lot of conditions due to the fact that my 22-year-old son has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. Traci and I had an extensive conversation over the phone she sent me an email with some properties we went and looked at it too. Neither of them would work. After getting to meet us and being able to talk to her more in person she was able to know exactly what I was looking for. I received an email from her the next day, I loved it, so she set it up to go look at it on October 10th. I knew from the moment I walked in to the house it was my forever home.
Traci was able to accomplish in under two weeks what six other agents couldn’t do in over three years. She did a phenomenal job dealing with a very difficult seller and fought for what she felt I as a buyer should get!!!!! She will forever be a part of our family.

Traci has an excellent work ethic. She will see property after property with you until you find a property you are comfortable with. And in the background, she is also tireless. Doing comps after comps and writing addendums late at night. And she has the proper contacts to make sure the deal is done right. From getting bids from bankers to home warranties. Her goal is for your best interest. Often people say that but her actions really support that. You won't be disappointed!

Traci was great to work with! We weren’t sure on the neighborhood we wanted to move to and she was incredibly patient and showed us as many places as we requested. She was also quick to respond and accommodating to our schedules. Her insight on the areas and properties we considered and her contacts in the field also helped move the entire process along smoothly, quickly, and about as stress-free as possible!

Traci made selling my childhood home, when my mom passed, seamless. I lived out of state at the time and she went above and beyond helping me navigate the hoops of selling a house that was in probate. I was frequently updated on the offers and appraisals, and always followed up with me when after sending e-mails for my review making sure I understood everything. Traci Sayer created such a friendly atmosphere to look at homes. In addition to looking at homes it felt like we were learning about a new city, we were introduced to several locals only spots to eat Elmers tacos being one and she pointed out all the essential municipal buildings that are needed in a functioning household such as post office, fire department, schools in the areas that we were looking at .
