Tracie worked very hard to find me the perfect home that fit my evolving needs. More times than I can count! It can be a challenge being out of state but Tracie’s expertise of the buying process made it easy as she videoed surrounding neighborhoods as if I was right there. 24/7 days a week she put her whole heart into it so I would be happy. I would 100% recommend her if quality & class are important to you. And on a personal note, I have witnessed Tracie’s empathy, compassion and sacrifices. She has the grit of a lion but the soul of Mother Tersea. Tracie also denotes a grand amount of love to those experiencing loss and she really should be a CNN hero! But I’ll save that angelic story for another day.

Traci navigated us through the local and state requirements pertaining to zones, insurance, special taxes etc. She has a background in construction, remodeling and interior design. I can’t describe how WONDERFUL it was to work with Tracie Carter! From the first phone call until now (post sale) she has been so amazing. Tracie went above and beyond to ensure we had a private viewing before the Open House! Throughout the whole process, from showing through purchase, she made us feel like we were her ONLY customers and was with us every step of the way! She referred us to an awesome finance representative and worked closely with us and him. Tracie was there when we signed our papers and even brought us a housewarming gift!
