Tracy is a bulldozer. If you want a property, she will go through anything standing between you and the property to make it happen. She knows everything and everybody that has to do with real estate and she uses that knowledge to make it happen. While other real estate agents in the area are playing paint ball, she’s in Afghanistan with live rounds. Fighting for you. We are going to use her again. I don’t want to post this review because I don’t want you all competing with me for her time and attention. But that would be selfish and she deserves this review. And I’m pretty sure even if ya’ll use her services too, she would be able to handle all of us because she’s the best and just gets things done.

Tracie made looking for a house virtually easy, despite the challenges brought on by COVID! She was available by phone, face time, email, and text every step of the way. We feel so fortunate that we got connected with Tracie for buying our home in Fairhope. We moved all the way across the country, during a pandemic no less, and felt like we were starting from square one in a new place. Tracie seems to know everything, and she was super patient with us through the whole process. During the house-hunting, she entertained all our ramblings and machinations about the kind of house, the location, etc. as we figured out what we wanted in a home here. She never hesitated to set up a showing and help us talk through the pros and cons. Whenever something came up that I wanted more info about (I can be pretty picky and detail-oriented, to say the least), Tracie usually just sorted it out and we got a message within the hour. My favorite moment was when I apologized, again, for us being so annoying with all of our uncertainty about what we wanted. Tracie said, with a big smile, “The only thing that’s annoying me is you apologizing. This is what I do and it’s no trouble at all.” Once the magic happened and we had an accepted offer on *the* house, Tracie was in touch all the time about the details involved in the contract and things we should be thinking about as homeowners here. No stone was left unturned and all of the details were sorted out well before closing. Tracie just made us feel very secure. It’s no wonder why folks recommended Tracie, and we can whole-heartedly do the same!

There are not enough words to share exactly how amazing Tracie was for us in purchasing our home. It all started in March of 2020, we were with another realtor and were planning our move from north central Indiana to Daphne. Our home sold within a few hours and we needed to find a place soon. We were unable to get much out of the realtor we were with because Covid-19 started and they were not wanting to go out to do any tours, even virtual ones. This was completely understandable as everyone was scared but we were in a rush since we needed to get out of our house. We were recommended to Tracie so we gave her a call...and in swooped Wonder Woman. From the beginning she had a pace and tempo that we have never seen before, add to that a genuine caring attitude that is uncommon in anyone anymore and you can vaguely get an idea for how awesome she is. I remember sitting in our living room in Indiana and my wife getting off the phone with Tracie for the first time. She had been an absolute wreck and was moving away from her hometown for the first time ever and attempting to do so during a pandemic. After that first call however she visibly sighed a sign of relief and said she felt much more comfortable with everything now. We came to town and Tracie had the whole day set for us and we fell in love with a home, made an offer, and while driving up to Indiana had already dealt with a counter offer and we accepted it. Things were going great, then on my birthday, a few days before we were supposed to close, I found out that I was going to be laid off with no pay or benefits due to Covid-19. We were devastated and had to let Tracie and our mortgage company know. Tracie was completely understanding and genuinely hurt herself, she committed to helping us find somewhere to rent even though she would not get anything out of it. Going to sleep, torn apart inside, not having any answers for my family was horrible. In swoops Wonder Woman again the next day. We were pleased to find out that for some reason, the wonderful homeowners on our home we thought was lost really had a soft spot for our situation and being equally as wonderful individuals as Tracie they offered to rent the home to us until I started my job again. Tracie, not getting any commissions yet, helped out and reworked the contract to enable us to do so. We were able to move in without issue. Four months later (two months longer than expected) I started back at work and we attempted to contact our mortgage company to get the process started up again. More bad news, the gentleman we were working with had tragically passed away the week before leaving his poor wife on her own to figure out not only how to move forward without her husband but what to do with his business as well. Tracie again swoops in and gets us set up with Tim at BOE Mortgage. Tim, not any less amazing than Tracie, was able to get us to close...even after dealing with some law that made it take two months longer due to us renting the whole we were buying and many other hurdles that he navigated with a level of personal touch and caring that until we met Tracie we had never experienced. Tim and Tracie were able to deliver us to close the day before my wife's birthday on December 4th.

If you have read this whole thing and decide not to use Tracie or Tim then I simply say enjoy working with the second best (at best). You will not find a more caring individual who surrounds herself with equally caring individuals than Tracie.

Tracie was our listing agent for a condominium sale in Orange Beach. We needed someone who could take charge and be responsive, since we live in Colorado, and Tracie was just the right agent for our needs. Tracie went above our expectations, especially after Orange Beach took a hit from Hurricane Sally just two days after we had signed a contract on the property. She went in as soon as she could get access to the building and sent us photos. She even offered to check in on another condo owned by another family member. This was my wife and I's first foray into beachfront real estate. Tracie demonstrated tremendous expertise and walked us through the process from square one. She proved extremely knowledgeable, not only about the process, but also about the local real estate market.

Our purchase was interrupted by Hurricane Laura. Sorting through the impact of the hurricane was uniquely challenging because we live five hours away. However, Tracie proved to be our "eyes and ears" on the ground in Orange Beach and was extremely helpful in helping us to assess any damage from the storm and any resulting impact on our purchase.

First, Tracie took her time with us to make sure we saw every possible Condo before we purchased to ensure that we knew we had the right home for us. Once we found it we unfortunately went with a big bank who drug their feet and lost our paperwork.
